1. Self-Hosted — Your Data Stays With You

Pensl is a self-hosted application. When you run Pensl on your own server, all data — including client feedback, screenshots, and project information — is stored exclusively on your infrastructure. Blue Monkeys GmbH has no access to your data.

2. Data We Collect

When you create an account on our managed instance (if applicable): email address, organisation name, and hashed password. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

3. Cookies

Pensl uses a session cookie for authentication only. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies.

4. Third-Party Services

The AI fix feature uses your own API key (Anthropic, OpenAI, or other provider) configured in your organisation settings. We do not proxy or store API keys beyond your own database.
