What does "self-hosted" mean for pricing?+
You run Pensl on your own server using Docker. Your license (plan) determines what features are unlocked. The software runs on your infrastructure — we don't charge for compute or storage.
How does per-workspace pricing work?+
You pay per Pensl installation, not per team member. Invite your whole team — devs, designers, project managers — at no extra cost.
What counts as an "auto-fix job"?+
One AI auto-fix pipeline run: AI reads the payload, searches the repo, generates the change, and opens (or merges) the PR. Studio gets 200/mo. Agency gets unlimited.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings → Billing. Upgrades are instant and prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. The Free plan is free forever — 1 project, your whole team, all feedback modes. Add a card only when you upgrade to Studio for AI auto-fix and unlimited projects.
